Starting October 26, 2025, Jetstar will significantly expand its domestic flight offerings from Adelaide, adding up to 13 new weekly flights.

This expansion will unlock over 350,000 low-fare seats annually across three major routes: Adelaide to Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

The increased capacity represents a 19% boost in domestic flights compared to last year, providing South Australians with more travel options and affordability.

Expanded Adelaide Flight Schedule

The new flight schedule enhances connectivity for South Australians. Jetstar will increase weekly flights as follows:

  • Adelaide to Melbourne: From 35 to 40 flights, adding five weekly services.
  • Adelaide to Brisbane: From 10 to 14 flights, adding four weekly services.
  • Adelaide to Perth: From seven to 11 flights, adding four weekly services.

This expansion means more flexibility for travellers, whether planning a quick city break, a business trip, or a family vacation. The additional flights also strengthen Adelaide’s tourism industry by making it easier for visitors to explore South Australia’s vibrant attractions.

Supporting Adelaide’s Growth

To accommodate the increased services, Jetstar will station an additional Airbus A320ceo at Adelaide Airport, bringing its locally based fleet to six aircraft.

This move not only enhances flight availability but also creates jobs in crewing, ground handling, and maintenance, boosting the local economy.

Jenn Armor, Jetstar’s Executive Manager, Customer, offered comment about the expansion. “We’re thrilled to offer more flights from Adelaide, providing travellers with even more low-fare options to Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth,” she said.
